The Hays Bass Anglers Association made anchor handles on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, for a fisheries conservation project coordinated by the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks & Tourism. The handles will be used to make concrete anchors to sink trees for an upcoming project at Scott State Fishing Lake.
