HAYS, KS (June 4, 2026) — Members of Hays Bass Anglers Association hosted youth and their bigs from Kansas Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ellis County for a guided fishing trip on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Augustine’s pond. Youth, their bigs and staff joined HBAA for a hot dog feed then proceeded down to the pond for an evening of fishing. Young anglers caught a variety of fish from bass, to bluegill, to channel catfish. This is the 20th year that HBAA has worked with youth from the organization to share the love of fishing.
