Hays, KS (Sept. 9, 2026 ) – Join us for Hays Bass Anglers Association’s 2026 Big Bass Challenge to be held on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, at Lake Wilson. It is not too late to enter as entries will still be accepted at the ramp during registration beginning at 5 a.m., $150/boat (cash only). The event will launch out of the Hell Creek State Park Boat Ramp. You can Download the entry form here. The title sponsor of the Big Bass Challenge this year is Marine Specialty who has added a bonus compensation package for the winner of the event that includes a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor. Six additional prize packages have been added to the hourly winners with the exception of the first and last hour of the tournament. Additional door prizes will also be given out at the conclusion of the event. HBAA looks forward to seeing everyone at the tournament. Hourly sponsors who are donating extra prizes include:
